"Parcel Force in the Oundle area is useless"

I have now had two parcels sent to me via Parcel Force.

Neither has reached me without lots of stress for me, as Oundle area Parcel Force delivery men do not leave cards to say they have been or attempted delivery. I did telephone the local Warmington Post Office, where a very helpful man told me he is contacted frequently by customers to find out where their parcels have gone. If they are sent by Parcel Force and not Royal Mail, they are in Oundle Post Office! You may never know they are there until you try to trace your goods from where they originated. I am sure it is not the fault of the Post Office, just the delivery men. Please make the service good again... notify customers and deliver please..
