"Lack of empathy"

I was a resident of Fairview Court, 3 years in the hostel and 1 year in the flats at the back. Staff are unable to empathise with the residents and are incapable of providing the appropriate services. Residents often complained about the food donations being taken home by the staff.One member of staff has a very poor attitude towards residents and seems to constantly enjoy putting them down.

It's bad enough for myself and possibly others, to live in a hostel when we get judged for being a "bad bunch" or worse, but when the staff are those same people who judge us, it's not a place to get help!

This is a place that should be helping and supporting residents. it's NOT..
